For mineral buyers and attorneys

The short answer
This site will introduce a mineral owner to exactly one named buyer, and only when that owner has asked for the introduction and the consent language has been recorded. There are no shared lead lists here, no lead resold to several buyers, and no phone dialer. If you buy minerals or practice in this area and can work on those terms, there is a place for you here.
Checked against the sources named below on .
The terms, plainly
- One owner, one buyer. A request goes to the single buyer the owner chose. It is not sold twice and it is not sold to a broker who sells it again.
- Named consent. The owner sees who they are asking to hear from, by name, before they ask. The consent language they agreed to is stored with the request.
- No dialers, ever. No autodialed calls, no prerecorded messages, no text blasts. This is a standing rule and it is not negotiable at any price.
- No editorial influence. Nothing about a commercial relationship changes what a page says about the law. The sourcing rule is the product, and a buyer is never a source.
Why these terms and not the usual ones
The usual arrangement in this niche sells one owner's interest to four buyers and lets them race to the phone. It produces a bad experience for the owner, a low-quality contact for the buyer, and real regulatory exposure for whoever generated it. Consented, exclusive, one-to-one is worth more per contact to everyone involved except the reseller.
Attorneys
The attorney directory is a separate lane: a flat monthly listing, no per-contact pricing, and no bidding. Mineral owners often need a title examiner or a lawyer rather than a buyer, and sending them to a buyer instead would be the fastest possible way to make this record worthless.
